Today, on Violence Against Women Day, we stand together to reaffirm our commitment to ending violence against women everywhere. This issue affects our families, workplaces, and communities, and it demands action from all of us.

 

As a union, we fight not just for fair wages and safe working conditions but also for workplaces free from harassment and abuse. Policies alone aren’t enough—change starts with us. We must foster a culture of respect, support survivors, and speak out against violence in all forms.

 

To the women who have endured violence: we see you, we hear you, and we stand with you. Together, we can create a world where women are safe, valued, and free from fear.
